Here you will find a green lawn with a children’s playground and a heated outdoor pool. Next, there is a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining table. The outdoor living zone connects with the indoor open living zone by large glass doors. Here you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a playroom with lots of toys. Furthermore, here is the fully equipped kitchen and the formal dining area with panoramic views of the old town of Motovun on the hilltop.
On the lower level, you will find the sleeping area with 4 comfortable bedrooms. Each of them has a television, a private bathroom with a shower, and is fitted with large double beds (180 cm wide). It is possible to convert beds into two singles beds in each bedroom, with prior notice. Moreover, the master bedroom has a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed. Baby cot is available on request at no extra cost.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and plenty of utensils and dishes. At the disposal, you will have 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, juicer, machine for filter coffee, and espresso coffee maker. A large gas barbecue is available on the terrace. On the barbecue, you can also use charcoal if you prefer.
Laundry facilities are fully provided, so here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, and drying rack for sensitive clothes.
