The property is located adjacent to the town, with the front side facing the street which is transited by residents. The garden is at the back of the house and is completely fenced. At 6 km distance you can visit the wonderful Calci Charterhouse with an adjoining nature museum which is among the most beautiful in Italy; the thermal baths of Uliveto Terme is 5 km from here, in 10 km you can reach Marina di Pisa with its nice marina that invites to beautiful promenades. The villa is located 2 km from the entrance to the motorway which connects Florence (80 km) and Pisa (13 km), do not miss to visit these charming towns!. In Pisa you can admire the splendid Piazza del Duomo with the cathedral, baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower. In Florence you can enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of the city from the square Piazzale Michelangelo. Worth visiting are the church of San Miniato, Palazzo Vecchio, the dome, the Church of Santa Croce and of course the Uffizi Gallery.
