This property is located on top of a hill with a 360-degree view of the green valleys and centuries-old oak woods below. The villa dates back to 200 years ago, completely restored with the typical style of Umbrian country houses with wooden beams on the ceiling, terracotta floors and oak parquet. It is a private park with roses and a well-kept lawn. Access to the villa via a private road with the gate of which guest receives the remote control. The home has an ideal strategic position for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian cities in the area such as Orvieto, Assisi and Todi. There is also a large pergola covered both by the roof and by climbing plants which is closed from 15.09 to 30.10 and from 01.04 to 30.05. Adjacent to the swimming pool there is a small fitness room with a sauna and bowling green. Bins are located outside the property at the gate. The owner lives at 200 m, on the same property, and occasionally performs the necessary maintenance work on the garden.
