This nice terraced house with communal pool in El Verger, Denia, can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The housing development features a communal, 14m x 8m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.6m to 1.7m, open from June to September, a children's pool (depth: 0.6m) and an exterior shower. The plot is fenced. This property is a good choice for families who want to spend their vacation close to the sea, without missing a pool.
This home has a small garden with artificial lawn and a furnished terrace where you can make a tasty BBQ in the afternoon. Inside, there's an ample sitting-dining room with A/C, an open, fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washer, iron and ironing board. There's a shower bathroom on the ground floor. A cot, a high chair and a kettle are available upon request. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with A/C, as well as one bedroom with trundle bed and fan. A bedroom with bath tub is also on the upper floor. The owners have created other bedroom on the basement, equipped with a double bed. This bedroom has no views as the windows are very small.
A 5 minutes' walk takes you to the lovely sand beach, restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and everything else you may need during your stay. Playa de Les Marines is characterized by clean waters and fine grained sand. This quiet beach has amazing views to the Castle of Denia and is family-friendly. The Castle of Denia rests on a hill in the city overlooking the sea and is worth visiting. Furthermore, you'll find trails, cycling routes and water sports nearby.
