Villa Balcarha is a detached villa situated in the district of Sesmarias, sleeping up to eight guests. It sits on a closed plot, making it perfect for larger groups or families seeking privacy while also having easy access to amenities and activities.

Villa Balcarha has a comfortable indoor space with an open-plan living and dining room, perfect for relaxing after a delicious meal. From the living and dining area, the outside space is clearly visible, so you can watch the kids playing outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is one twin bedroom and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, both of which have access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are the last two bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to the balcony.

The outdoor space has a large, private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also a partially sheltered balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset from your room. What's great about this outdoor space is the fact that you can dine outside with the barbecue while taking in the views of the surrounding area.

Villa Balcarha is located in the district of Sesmarias and is on a private estate. From the balcony and terrace, you can admire the gorgeous countryside surrounding this lovely villa.

There are a lot of amenities in close proximity to this villa. Carvoeiro is approximately 3km away, which has many amenities. You can try some of the many delicacies available in the cafes, restaurants and shops or pick up some beautiful Portuguese food to take back to the villa to cook up a storm. The Aquapark is within 6km, which is a great activity for the entire family to enjoy. Golf courses are a short drive away as well, perfect for those looking to try something new or get some practise in. With these amenities being so close to the villa, this is the perfect location for those who would like a private, quiet villa in a beautiful residential area, while being able to be engrossed in the Portuguese culture.

The stunning beach is a mere 3km away, which is a glorious day out, whether you have children or you are a group of adults. There is plenty to do on the beach - admire the stunning sea views or take a dip tranquil and blue sea. Also within 12km is the Sports Harbour Marina, which has activities such as canoeing, sailing and tennis available.

As this villa is located in an area famed for its beaches, cliffs and beautiful caverns, there is a place called: Benajil Caves. It is a cave which has been presented as a top destination and place to visit, and what makes this villa even better is that the cave is only 6.5km from the villa.
