This is also the ideal location to go on excursions in the Eastern Riviera and discover its beautiful sea resorts and destinations. Many activities can be practiced in the area, such as trekking, cycling or mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing, rafting, fishing, hiking routes to Cinque Terre, natural excursions to the Roccagrande Pond or to the biological Valley in Varese Ligure, the first European municipality to obtain a biological certification, trekking at Punta Manara (12 Km). You could visit the farmer museum in Velva, the mines in Masso, various farms in the surrounding area where you can taste traditional delicacies or wineries producing local wines. Sports enthusiasts will also find in Tavarone (10 Km) a sports center, an adventure park, horse riding center, bocce court, tennis court, soccer field, educational farm.
