With its air conditioned hall (optional fee), the Internet connection and guardrails and mosquito net at all windows, the decoration of this house is modern and its equipment of good quality.
The nice garden is fenced and there is a protective fence round the pool, an outdoor shower, a lamppost, a private parking and a garage. Outside the house, there is a porch-like furnished terrace with view onto the swimming pool and a stone barbecue standing in the covered outdoor kitchen.
Ideally located, about 1 km from the most beautiful sand beaches and creeks of Las Tres Calas, you have easy access to both the little shopping centre at the entrance of the housing scheme and to the centre of Ametlla de Mar for further shopping.

Obligatory final cleaning: 100 Euros to be provided in cash on arrival.

« Las Tres Calas » is a residential area with villas to be found 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 12 Kms from Miami Playa, and 4 Kms from the centre of Ametlla de Mar.

In Las Tres Calas' housing scheme, there is a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops, and restaurants as well as a very beautiful hiking route to discover creeks of an unsuspected beauty.
Ametlla de Mar is a fishing village where you'll find all kinds of facilities such as many little restaurants with traditional gastronomy, the fishing port with its fish market, as well as a pretty maritime promenade which goes along the fine sand beaches of this little resort.
