Description

The villa "Vent" is located on a somewhat elevated plot overlooking the countryside, including unique views of the east of Mallorca. The peaceful, remote rural setting offers ideal conditions for an all-round relaxing holiday. Carefully maintained lawns lead to an impressive pool area. It is a few steps below the terrace and is reached via a spacious set of steps. At both ends of the pool are large wooden terraces with sun loungers. You finally feel that you are on holiday when you relax on a sun lounger here after swimming a few lengths and can enjoy the great views of the slightly hilly landscape right out to the Mediterranean. The estate's slightly elevated position on a slight slope made it possible to construct a comfortable sauna in the resulting nook at the side of the pool. In the colder months or even heart of winter, you can enjoy many pleasant hours here. In summer, the outdoor shower is wonderful for cooling off. This villa is surrounded by a terrace on almost every side. Here, you can find plenty of options for lingering in the sun or the shade whenever you feel like it. There is plenty of space to set up the hammocks. The covered terrace is centrally located. Sitting at the large table, you can enjoy a meal or let your thoughts wander with a drink in your hand. Two further small seating areas are also here, one in an ideal spot at the front of the house also under a roof. A modern portable BBQ is available for rustic snacks as well as for more elaborate meals.

On entering the building at the front, there is a large entrance area with access to a guest WC, a staircase leading to the upper floor is on the right. A large window overlooking the terrace and pool area is right in front of you. The whole of the ground floor is open-plan, with not a single door in sight. The sunlight streams through its many windows and reaches every corner of the house. The elegant living room with its eye-catching colourfully accentuated fireplace is comfortably furnished, inviting you to watch TV, or gaze at the blazing fire. An attractive sofa and an elegant armchair complete the furnishings. The colour scheme of the fireplace in the living area is repeated in the kitchen area giving this room a very modern and elegant touch. Prepare you meals with the convenient facilities provided here and savour them at the large dining room. A room with a bathroom is at the front of the house, having the added advantage of its own separate access. Upstairs are the really generous sized bedrooms. The furnishings leave nothing to desire, guaranteeing a relaxing night's sleep after the day's exertion. Each of their en-suite bathrooms are tiled and equipped with large mirrors, lots of glass, and high-quality fittings. The ceilings on the top floor feature exposed beams. A professional crosstrainer is also here to meet your daily fitness needs.

The very pretty town of Artà, with its peaceful pedestrian zone and small stylish shops, is 6 km away. For those who want more hustle and bustle on their holiday, the tourist town of Cala Rajada with its pretty harbour, restaurants, cafes, and discos is 20 km away. The nearest beaches are just a few kilometres away. A trip to the small idyllic bay of "Cala Torta" is definitely recommended.
