This lovely little gem of a villa sits in the flat, agricultural hinterlands of "the garden of Mallorca" - Sa Pobla. The town itself is just a short drive (or cycle ride)* away and there are several well renowned restaurants, cafes and two large supermarkets here. The more touristic resorts of Pollensa, Alcudia and Port de Pollensa are also within easy driving distance should you wish to tear yourself away from the many amenities and attractions of Villa Son Vent.
The accommodation is just right for couples, with a modern lounge-diner and adjacent kitchen offering all the comfort and facilities required for a relaxing holiday. The double bedroom and ensuite shower room complete the interior accommodation which is air-conditioned by a central unit in the lounge. Outside, a shaded patio with built in barbecue adjoins the beautiful swimming pool and there is also a chill out area to the side of the pool. On the far side of the swimming pool there is even an infra red sauna and bluetooth speakers are provided in the garden to enjoy your own downloaded sounds. Above the sauna house is a sun terrace with panoramic views and a (fenced) man made pond with Koi carp swimming freely. *The proud owner of Son Vent even provides a pair of bicycles for exploring the local countryside.Guests are kindly requested to check and maintain the bicycles in good condition and road-worthiness.
NEW for 2022/23 - for winter stays - between November and March - an external hot tub / jacuzzi is provided.
