The town of Pollença, 5.5 km away and surrounded by the Tramuntana, epitomises a completely authentic, down-to-earth mountain village. Numerous shops, cafes, and art galleries await you in the picturesque alleyways. The villa is about 25 km from the historic monastery of Lluc, where you can start wonderful hikes. The street to Cap de Formentor, just 30 km away, offers spectacular views of the turquoise, shimmering sea. On the way there, you will pass a wonderful sandy beach which is ideal for beach days. Port de Pollença, 13 km away, offers a large range of water sport options. For extensive walks on the beach, the 16-km long Bay of Alcúdia comes highly recommended.
