Cosy holiday house situated on the north-east side of Elba Island, the largest archipelago in Tuscany. The Marina property is situated in one of the greenest areas on the island and enjoys a view of the sea in the distance. The house is surrounded by spacious grounds made up of terracings, one of which is located in front of the living room and is equipped with table and lounge chairs for outdoor dining. Below the property, among the greenery, passes a secondary road. Car park. The last 150 meters of the access road are not asphalted. Please note: all of the rooms have direct access to the outside. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedrooms on ground floor. On 1st floor there is a study with double divan bed that is a passageway to a bedroom. Simple but functional furnishings in rustic style. Location: 2.5 km the characteristic village of Cavo (all kinds of shops). 10 km from Rio Marina, another important centre on the island, and 20 km from Porto Azzurro. The sea is approx. 1 km away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car (approx. 2.4 km) (Frugoso beach, Cala delle Alghe (sandy and rocky shore). In the small town of Cavo you can find a sailing club, a diving centre, a sailing school and a pleasure boat berth).
