Parking: for 2 cars or 1 car/boat.

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £30 per week.. A ground floor apartment a short walk downhill to Salcombe’s waterfront and many shops and restaurants. It is also close to the local convenience store. The property, which is furnished and decorated to a good standard, has views of the countryside and glimpses of the estuary. There is a large enclosed garden and off street parking.
