The house is cozy, has been converted from an old hayloft and is located within large grounds (3000 m2) with olive trees and a pretty swimming pool with sun terrace and barbecue, in front of the main entrance. Predominantly modern, reasonably comfortable furnishings. Some suggestions for your daytrips: Montevarchi (important town of the Arno Valley with all kinds of shops and railway station and connections to Florence and Rome) 7 km, 35 km Arezzo, famous for its old city center, rich in imposing and ancient buildings, where once a month a famous antiques market is held, 35 km the Chianti Classico area (Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti ), 45 km Siena, with its shell-shaped Piazza del Campo, where the medieval horse race, named Palio, is run twice a year. Access to the house via 400 m gravel road.
