Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda which is cleaned to regulated requirements and is equipped with full personal protection equipment and facilities to safeguard and guarantee the health and safety of our clients and company personnel.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both with showers only, no baths) villa with private pool. This three bedroom, two bathroom private villa is situated in a quiet residential street in the Urbanisation Calypso with off street parking. Only a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars and only a 15 minute walk to Calahonda beach. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. It has a private gated garden with 3.5 x 6m private swimming pool, private garden and large patio/terrace. The villa has air conditioning / heating in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. This villa has recently upgraded its furnishings and decorations and has a colourful summery feel! Perfect for families and couples of all ages.

Wifi and a selection of English channels are provided.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
