The ground floor features a generous equipped living room with ultra high definition TV, Now Tv (Sky), Blu-ray player (with extensive film library) Wii gaming console and Sonos Music Streaming System with patio doors opening out onto the decked area of the garden. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen which includes washing machine, microwave/grill combo and dishwasher complete with breakfast bar and seating. The first floor offers two double sized bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom.

Tauranga has been thoughtfully furnished. The sitting room has a sofa bed that can sleep another two persons for short breaks, making this holiday cottage a very cost effective option for 6 people wanting a weekend away.
