This unique and luxurious holiday home awaits its guests on a 20,000 m² estate between Manacor and Colonia St. Pere/Son Serra de Marina. Built completely from scratch at the edge of the Son Cifre nature reserve in 2010, it offers every level of comfort so that even the most demanding traveler will have a highly enjoyable stay in Mallorca. The villa is lined with large terraces that lead to a separate pool area on one side of the house. Here, you will find a 10 x 5 m saltwater pool of varying depths from 120 to 1,70 m, as well as comfortable entry steps. Inviting loungers, as well as a Balinese bed offer top equipment for anyone who wants to relax under the Mediterranean sky - if needed, a parasol also offers protection from strong UV rays. The pool and its terrace are surrounded by a well-maintained lawn featuring a large number of trees on the periphery, some of which are very old and of course fully-grown. The villa property is fully-enclosed so that you can enjoy complete and utter privacy on the estate. You can enter the villa at multiple places on the ground floor thanks to the wrap-around terrace. The exterior of the building captivates with its simple elegance, which prevents it from standing out from the surrounding nature which, combined with the incredible view, is left for you to fully enjoy. A true highlight in the outdoor area is the covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ zone (refrigerator, dishwasher, and two BBQ areas). The long dining table is perfect on mild evenings for enjoying a tasty BBQ with your fellow guests!

The double doors on the front of the two-storey house act as the main entrance, behind which lies a foyer which, inside, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern design and spacious rooms offer guests a phenomenal standard that is otherwise only found in luxury hotels. The entrance area with its built-in cloakroom then leads off into a 50 m², air-conditioned living area. This area features five sofas, as well as a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Enjoy the end of your day here with a good glass of wine! On the lower floor, you will also find the fully-equipped kitchen and a separate dining table with a huge wooden table. The kitchen, decorated in stylish shades of grey, is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the cutlery and crockery you need, offering you all the ideal amenities for an independent, self-catering holiday. The neighbouring, separate utility room is also well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, second refrigerator, iron, ironing board, and clothes horse. On top of that, the ground floor features two of the altogether six air-conditioned and stylishly designed bedrooms, each with a modern en-suite bathroom and guest toilet. A large staircase leads up to the sleeping areas on the top floor with another four beautiful double bedrooms available. On both the left and right sides of the house, you will find two 45 m² large suites, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), sofa, armchairs, flat-screen television, safe, and minibar. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a large shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The whole house has central heating and offers the ideal setting for a very comfortable stay, even during cooler months.

The dream-like surroundings of this villa offer nature lovers countless opportunities for extended hikes, for example, to the many impressive caves of Artà. The Bay of Colonia de St. Pere, a small sleepy fishing village, is just a 15 minute drive away. The dreamy town's seaside promenade is lined with tamarind trees and very much worth a leisurely stroll. The seemingly untouched, expansive, sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is likewise just a stone's throw away. Those who enjoy sport will find perfect conditions for surfing and kitesurfing here.
