Your accommodation consists of a beautiful holiday house, a former oil mill, and an independent apartment inside an adjoining annex. The property is placed on a hillside overlooking the Trasimeno Lake and in the neighborhood of the small town of Magione. A fenced-in grassy area extends around the house and is equipped with children's games, bowling and panoramic pool. The following services are available upon request and local payment: tour of the Trasimeno lake islands, cook service for typical lunches and fishing tours. To wine lovers we suggest wine tasting on the wine roads called ‘Strada del Vino dei Colli del Tasimeno' or 'Strada dei vini Etrusco Romana'. The location is ideal to visit the fascinating cities of art that are in the neighborhood: Perugia (22 km), Assisi (46 km), Chiusi (36 km) and Arezzo (56 km). Two bedrooms are in the independent apartment placed on ground floor, which is only accessible from the outside and is not internally connected with the main building.
