The living room has a fireplace creating a pleasant atmosphere, and large French windows offer a view of the surrounding mountains. Forni di Sopra, located in the Natural Park of the Dolomites and UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a typical village of Carnia, 900 m a. s. l., with ancient buildings of stone and wood. The area is good equipped with slopes and cross-country skiing (18km) ' also equipped with artificial snow system. In addition, there are skating rinks, swimming pools and fitness centres. From the village you can take the chair lift to Cima Crusicalas (2073 m a.s.l), and admire the views of the Dolomites and the Three Peaks of Lavaredo and those who wish, can then go down along the Varmost track (5 km) in summer with woodland walk and in winter by skiing. Cortina d'Ampezzo 60 Km, 90 Km Udine, Belluno 70 km away.
