Location and outside area

We begin by informing you that the road leading to the house winds up the mountain with steep inclines and some sharp turns until reaching the top of the hill where the property is located, a drive of approximately 10-15 minutes. However, we believe the journey is worth it, as you will be immediately rewarded with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape, with the village and the sea in the background, and the oasis of peace and tranquility that pervades this secluded corner of the Costa del Sol.

The property is fenced and offers complete privacy. The round private pool (4 m x 4 m; 1.4 m deep) provides a refreshing dip on hot days, and there is a table football available, perfect for a fun evening with family or friends. The large terrace features a covered porch area where you can shelter from the sun and enjoy a meal outdoors while cooking on the barbecue, or savor the cool breeze under the starry night sky. There is a shower room on the terrace (with a toilet, sink, and shower) for added convenience while you are by the pool. Private parking provides convenience and security for your vehicle.

Interior and lay-out

The interior is simple and functional, arranged over two floors. The front door opens directly into an open space that combines the living-dining area with a 3-seater sofa, dining table with chairs, and television, and the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave. There is also an outdoor wood-fired oven next to the barbecue. Down one floor, there is a double bedroom with television, a twin bedroom with two single beds (without a wardrobe), and a single bedroom (with a 1.05 m bed). All rooms are equipped with fans. The bathroom is practical and stylish, with a sink, shower, and toilet.
