It has seven bedrooms, one with four single beds, one with a bunk bed, four with one double bed each, three of which also have ensuite with shower, and an 80-sq-m wide bedroom with three double beds and a private bathroom with shower, in a cottage style. The house also has two more bathrooms with shower and two independent toilets.

All the bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con, just like the enormous dining-living room, which also has a fireplace, and it is provided with windows that reach the top of the ceiling, thus letting the light flood in and illuminate the whole room. In the middle of the living room, you will find a spiral staircase. The spacious independent kitchen is provided with modern furniture, among which air-con and TV stand out.

The outdoor area lacks absolutely nothing. It has a soccer field, a badminton court, and a wooden house filled with toys. The garden surrounding the property is truly huge, and there you will find a private swimming pool with a chill-out area and sun loungers, in addition to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven. The house is separated from the nearby farm by trees, and the sounds of the farm don’t reach the villa.

The access to the property is possible via a 3-km unpaved lane.
