The villa "Son Sureda" greets new arrivals with lush green outdoor facilities, located in the idyllic rural setting near to Artà. The pretty refurbished terrace areas on different sides of the house's exterior are very attractive, offering you the chance to spend your time in a variety of ways. A pretty wooden table with chairs sits on the stylishly equipped covered porch facing the pool, ideal for having a comfy sit down, snack, or meal. Here you can just sit and take it easy in the mornings, enjoying a refreshing breakfast whilst taking in the blue sky and happily planning the day ahead. A further furnished terrace area is near to the BBQ hut. This is a particularly cosy little spot to enjoy the grilled regional delicacies together in the evenings. You can thoroughly relax on the four comfy sun loungers, that are ready at the pool for the sun worshippers. Depending on the time of day, there is some cool airy shade in the garden to escape the heat. The pool can be accessed via a ladder and has a depth varying between 1.20 and 2.50 m. This is pleasantly refreshing on warm days. The outside bathroom is particularly luxurious.

The interior of the house welcomes you into a friendly and well cared-for atmosphere. Imposing rooms with arches, ornamental accessories, and natural stone features create a feeling of cosiness and aesthetics. The ornamental wooden ceiling beams blend harmoniously with the white walls and the terracotta floor tiles, and convey a cosy ambience together with the tasteful furniture. A large open-plan living/dining room with nearby kitchen provides various great options for your holiday leisure time. Relax on comfortable armchairs or on the sofa, or dine together indoors at the wooden dining table. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides your media entertainment, while the fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere on cool evenings for additional cosiness. Conveniently, you can directly access the terrace from here. The adjoining kitchen provides everything you may need for everyday use, including an electric kettle, a Nespresso and filter coffee maker, as well as a Goteo machine. Nothing stands in your way of enjoying an aromatic hot drink while getting ready in the morning, perhaps enjoying a cup on the private terrace. Cheerfully refurbished bedrooms offer everything you need for a deeply restful night's sleep. For your luxury, one of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom. Irons and hair dryers are available on site.

Artà is well-known for its picturesque little pedestrian zone where you can take care of your daily shopping needs. Every Tuesday, there is a weekly market in the centre of Artà that is well worth a visit. If the fancy takes you, you can even go on foot. Here you will find regional culinary specialties as well as Mallorcan crafts. A small quiet road that leads to the villa is nearby. The closest beaches are at Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos, and the bay at Cala Millor.
