Holiday house with private pool only five minutes from the center of Levanto. Here you will stay in a beautiful and completely restored mill with its own garden and swimming pool. Enjoy an absolute tranquility and relaxing moments surrounded by hills and olive groves. The house is spread over three levels connected by internal stairs and consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, open kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor with direct access to the garden and the pool a large "open space" with vaulted ceiling and double bed and additional sleeping sofa for two persons, a bathroom with a large tub and another twin bedroom. On the second and top floor are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with bathroom and a twin bedroom with bathroom and tub. Two parking spaces on the property. Levanto is a destination that attracts tourists from all over the world and is called the "Gateway to the Cinque Terre" because it is an ideal starting point to visit these. The Cinque Terre, that is: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore have been part of a national park since 1999, the protected sea area, and have been a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site since 1997. Here you will find about 80 km of hiking trails which connect the 18 mountain villages. Bicycle lovers should definitely not miss the pedestrian bike path "Mare e Monti", a 6 km long, easy-to-drive route which gives you unforgettable views of the sea. But not only that.... Thanks to its climate and perfect waves, over the years Levanto has become an undisputed paradise for surf enthusiasts.
