Description

The 8.5m x 2.2m clorine water pool is the highlight of the spacious garden. A spacious terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrella surrounds the pool. A nice area with sofas and dining table under the porch, next to the pool, invites for outdoor dinners or pleasant hours with friends and family. A practical, mobile bbq and a garden shower are available. The spacious garden offers different relaxing areas and native vegetation to enjoy a quiet and funny holiday. The finca is fenced and has total privacy.

You enter into the living - dining area on the ground floor. With an interesting mix of modern and antique furniture, it is the ideal place to take a nap or watch television via satellite. There is a fireplace that warms this space in the colder months. The kitchen is independent and has a gas hob and all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite meals. It has access to the terrace and exteriors of the house. The laundry counts with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with 1 double bed each. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.

Up to the first floor there is a third bedroom with double bed and exit to a small, furnished terrace with nice views to the countryside and garden of the house. A second bathroom with shower gives service on this floor. A cot and high chair are available upon request. 2 fans to cool the rooms in summer and 4 electric radiators to heat in winter are available..

The house is located in the municipality of Son Servera - Cala Millor just 1.5 km from the beach. The environment of Cala Millor is characterised by its tourist environment and by having a great variety of gastronomic and leisure options. You can enjoy the rural surroundings and the tranquillity of the countryside, having the village very close. Beautiful beaches with fine sand and clear water waiting to be discovered, we recommend the enchanting Cala Bona. Golfers have just 2 places close to: Pula Golf and Golf de Son Servera. Do not miss a refreshing boat trip along the lovely coast of Llevant.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
