Hosting four bedrooms; two zip/link kingsize, a double with en-suite, and a single, along with a separate bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, utility room. Roadside parking is available for two cars. Patio with garden furniture and hot tub. Matlock Views really is the perfect location for a family holiday to remember in the Peak District town of Matlock.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, selection of books, games and Wifi, DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Please note the hot tub is drained and thoroughly cleaned between each booking and may not be up to the optimum temperature upon arrival, we ask for your patience while it is maintaining the correct temperature. Due to the property being in a built up area the owner respectfully request that the hot tub is vacated by 10:30pm, thank you.

Set in the wooded gorge of the River Derwent, Matlock offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a host of attractions including Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham. – a great place for all the family with its showcaves, nature trail and much more. South of the town is the start of the High Peak Cycle Trail, whilst the National Tramway Museum is also close by. To the north is Bakewell and Chatsworth House.
