Description

The accommodation is located in the mountains in Campo di Giove, in Abruzzo, about 1100 meters above sea level on the Maiella. It is located on the second floor of a small building inside the Residence Maiella.

The Residence Maiella is a tourist facility with avenues, gardens, pitches with wood-burning barbecue, parking and a free tennis court for all guests.

The accommodation consists of living room with fireplace and equipped kitchenette (high fridge with freezer, gas stove with oven, sink, cupboards), a table with chairs, a beautiful mountain style dresser and a sofa bed in front of the fireplace , then we have a large bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, it has a large balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains surrounding the village.

The accommodation is equipped with wood burning fireplace, TV, full kitchen and equipped with all crockery, electric oven, blankets, pillows, appliances, accessories, equipment for cleaning and for the fireplace. Guests must bring only bed linen and towels.

The house has 5 beds:
a double bed in a large room,
a single bed in a small room
a two-seater sofa bed in the living room.

The heating is natural gas and is produced by two Argo stoves placed in the living room and bedroom, along with a powerful fireplace stove that is in the living room and is obviously powered by wood.

The Residence Maiella, and therefore the house, is located in a very scenic place: you can see almost all the Maiella mountain range.
Quiet area. Near the village square of Campo di Giove, but also in a secluded area. Suitable for families, young people and couples looking for a bit of intimacy.
The shops and public services of Campo di Giove are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
