Pleasant temperatures are guaranteed even on colder days with heating from a reverse cycle air-conditioning system. The kitchen and living areas are separated by a rounded bar table with stools, taking indoor meals to lofty heights. This means that you can also enjoy the great views of the picturesque terrace outside. Whilst cooking, you can also enjoy views of the greenery and at the same time chat thanks to the open-plan design of the room. The comfortable beige sofa is a great place to relax and enjoy lounging and give in to idleness. If you want to get really cosy, you can transform the sofa into a lounge area for two. Afterwards, the lovingly furnished bedroom invites you to enjoy a comfy night's sleep.

Situated between the two medieval towns of Capdepera and Artà, this villa couldn't boast a better location for a couple on holiday, combined with the possibility of days on the beach, sightseeing tours, and sports activities. The authenticity of Artà and Capdepera can be experienced best while strolling through the weekly markets on Tuesdays (Artà) and Wednesdays (Capdepera). The Parc natural de la península de Llevant to the north of the villa is a little hiking paradise, and between Artà and Manacor, and cyclists will find just what they're looking for on the old railway line that was converted to Via Verde.
