Nearly all of the bedrooms and terraces have fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and ocean.

Inside, the care and attention to detail is immediately apparent in the choice of local handmade items of furniture with quirky decor combining the perfect Mediterranean hideaway.Outside, a covered dining terrace complete with gas barbecue and will no doubt be the focal point for unhurried alfresco dining. From here you have direct access to the swimming pool (8 x 4) with roman steps and perfect for family enjoyment.

The property consists of the main house with large living area with air conditioning which leads out onto the terrace dining porch, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, 3 double bedrooms, one with air conditioning and private terrace, an independent studio for 2, also there are 2 complete bathrooms on this level.
Separate from the main house there is the popular Bali House, 50 sqm, which is a small wooden house consisting of 1 double twin bedroom with air conditioning, shower room, kitchenette and a mezzanine level with another 2 single beds.

The property is perfect for 8 adults and 4 children but the children's beds must be requested at time of booking and they are included in the rental cost.

It is ideally located within a 5 minute drive of the beaches of Cala d'Hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Moli, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella. A supermarket and restaurants are only 10 minutes on foot and you are within a 25 minute drive of Ibiza Town.
