Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 8-room villa spanning 400 square meters across two levels, featuring modern and rustic furnishings. The main living and dining area boasts an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV with international channels, a hi-fi system, and electric heating and air conditioning. This area leads out to a terrace. There are two rooms, each equipped with two beds. Another room houses a French bed (150 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC, along with electric heating and air conditioning. The fourth room offers a French bed (135 cm), a bath/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning. The fifth room also has a French bed (135 cm), electric heating, and air conditioning. The well-appointed kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table, electric heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen also leads out to a terrace. Additionally, there is a bath/WC and a shower/WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find another living/dining room and a room with two beds, as well as a separate WC.
