Villa Amalia with private swimming pool is located in southern Istria, within walking distance of the center of the coastal town of Ližnjan. The villa is 12 km away from the old city center of Pula. In this city you can still taste the Roman atmosphere, in particular the impressive amphitheater, still intact and one of the largest in the world. But you can also find nice bars, restaurants and shops here. The nearest beach is a 6-minute drive away. In the village Medulin, you will find a sandy beach. You'll have a fenced garden of 800 m² with swimming pool, lawn, sun terrace with sun beds and barbecue area at your disposal. On the covered terrace with dining table you can enjoy a nice summer meal together. The villa is air-conditioned and has a well-kept interior. There is a living room with a sitting area and smart TV and a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table. There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
