Villa Phoenix is a lovely detached property with its own private pool, newly renovated & new to the market this year! (2019 - so hence no reviews as yet)

The house consists of a fully fitted modern kitchen with indoor & outdoor dining facilities.

Comfortable lounge area including LCD TV, air conditioning throughout the property. Both living and dining areas have patio doors leading to the covered terrace overlooking the pool area.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms and french doors giving access to balcony overlooking the pool.

There is a family bathroom with full size bath & shower on the first floor.

Covered terrace with lighting, large table and seating outdoors & leading to the large patio area with private pool & sunloungers.

Also sunbeds and parasols for you to relax in the sun and a BBQ for outside entertaining.

A level-walk along the road takes you in approx 20 minutes to the long sandy beach & busy resort with a wide selection of local tavernas, restaurants, bars & mini-markets.

Renting a car is not essential unless you are keen sightseers & want to tour the island & selection of wonderful beaches scattered around the island or perhaps with young children in high season temperatures the walk to the beach might just be too much for them but you can always decide when you there.
