The property and a part of the garden border to ITF748, which is about 30 m away and separated by a laurel hedge. For this reason the two accommodations are particularly adapted for large families or circle of friends who like stay close to each others. Both of the houses have their own independent entrance, private outdoor area and swimming pool. Access via 500 m dirt track road. Some distances: Dicomano 4 km, Florence 37 km. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled timing must be agreed with the owner at least two weeks prior to arrival.
