Located in the most rural part of Benissa you will find Calima, a haven of peace with views to the sea and the mountain. The property is in the characteristic area of Pinos, literally in the middle of the mountain, surrounded by Mediterranean nature. A place where you will only breath fresh air and the only sound you will hear will be that of birds singing.
Calima will become the perfect place to spend a few relaxing and calm days away from the world. If, on the other hand, you prefer to do some tourism and discover the area, in less than 30 minutes by car you will delight yourself with Benissa’s old town and coves or with Calpe’s wide gastronomical and cultural offer.
Calima is built with dry stone, a traditional method of construction. It is distributed over one single floor with a lovely mezzanine. The house has an eclectic decoration which adapts to its surrounding while combining comfort and tranquillity in harmony.
When entering the house there is a welcoming and bright living-dining room with a chimney that will bring joy to our guests in cold days. If you keep going inside, you will find a wonderful and fully equipped kitchen and a rustic flight of wooden stairs that lead to the mezzanine, where there are three individual beds and a big TV: the perfect room if traveling with kids.
The main bedrooms are accessed from the living-dining room as well, with two cosy rooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside Calima there is a large area with gravel presided by two beautiful olive trees that offer shade to the cars.
Calima is full of nooks and crannies that make of it a very special holiday house. One of them is a corner with stone garden furniture with matching benches under sunshades to protect yourself from the sun, thought to create the dreamy place to read or drink a glass of wine while looking at the stunning views in the most absolute silence.
You can also spend refreshing days by its private pool, resting and sunbathing on the available sun beds with amazing views of the nature, the sea in the distance, the mountains of Bèrnia, Oltà and the Peñón de Ifach.
