Access by stairs on the first floor where stand the other 2 bedrooms, the main one has a double bed (150 cms), closet and balcony with view onto the residence's community area, the third bedroom counts with 2 single beds and closet. There is as well a second bathroom with a tub and a pretty rooftop solarium overlooking at the garden.
The living room opens up to a pretty terrace with pergola and private garden.
The large corner garden, completely lawned and fenced with little gate to directly reach the community area and the swimming pool, is fitted out with tables and chairs as well as sun beds and a barbecue, invites to relax and offers a real intimacy from the other houses.
This villa also has a garage although it is mostly used as storage area for beach items, garden tools and the washing-machine.

The residence stands in a dead end street with very few traffic, and it is therefore very easy to park your car just outside the house.
