The large south facing balcony which overlooks the harbour, offers a wonderful space to relax after a busy day. Clifden is located on the Wild Atlantic Way, and you are a just a short drive from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many beaches dotted along the coastline and some of the more popular beaches can be found at Cleggan, Claddaghduff, Renvyle, Ballyconneely, and Roundstone. Some of the many walking routes in the area include the Connemara Greenway, Derrigimlagh Loop walk, and the various walking trails throughout Connemara National Park. All offer fabulous scenic views at every turn. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more. Festivals of note in Clifden town are Clifden Arts Festival, The Connemara Pony Festival, Clifden Traditional Music Festival, and many more throughout the year.

Upon entering the property, you are met with a modern and bright décor and high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan, with sliding doors and one step onto the large balcony, which overlooks Clifden Bay and harbour. The balcony has outdoor furniture to seat 4. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including Nespresso coffee machine, oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, large integrated fridge freezer, and a combined washer/dryer. The lounge area is furnished with a large comfortable corner sofa and large flat screen smart TV with Sky TV channels. The dining area can accommodate 4 persons on bright, modern furniture. The main bathroom is fully tiled and includes shower over bath, WC & sink. The two bedrooms complete the accommodation. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. It also offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobe. The property is electrically heated throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Sorry, no pets. The property is not suitable young children, toddlers and babies.
