Description

Mallorca’s diversity has made it one of the most attractive travel destinations. Between the mountains and the sea, with its rural character and urban flair, tradition and modernism, there is something for every visitor. This town villa simply named “Paca” is ideal for holidaymakers who want to be close to the attractions of the Mallorcan villages while simultaneously being close to the beautiful bays without requiring a large plot of land with views into the distance. The pool with a springboard and a ladder lies surrounded by cypresses providing privacy, delicate flowers and a lemon tree. The wrap-around sun terrace has enough space for sun loungers. You can rest in the shade of the cypresses or under the wide parasol. Cool shade can also be found under the L-shaped terrace with a view of the pool area. It has plenty of room for a lounge with director’s chairs and a rattan furniture ensemble, as well as a long table where guests will have enough space to enjoy an evening BBQ or a morning coffee with fresh pastries.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests over two floors. The rooms are wonderfully bright, which is not just restricted to the heart of the villa, the spacious living and dining area. The two functional areas, which are connected by an opening, both have direct access to the veranda through floor-to-ceiling windows. Next to the whitewashed walls, the harmonious play of colours creates a pleasant contrast in many of the rooms. The external wall of the living room features an open fireplace and sea foam green walls, which fit perfectly with the two cosy mint-coloured sofas. A classic glass table is situated in the dining area, where guests can dine in a grand manner. This room leads to the separate kitchen, equipped with a modern white built-in cooker that fulfils every demand when it comes to technology, allowing you to relax and enjoy the pleasures of spending time with friends if you opt for self-catering. We especially like the kitchen’s open fireplace, a homage to the past which also creates a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor contains one of the double bedrooms and a bathroom with a white bathtub. The three remaining bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and are located on the first floor with either single beds or a large double bed. The flexible villa offers further variations: for additional guests, two extra beds and a baby’s cot can also be booked at additional charge. The villa can also be booked for fewer people, for which a price reduction will be given. The master bedroom features an en-suite bath tub with shower. The two other bedrooms share another bathroom, so that relaxation is guaranteed even when it comes to the bathroom facilities. The top floor also has access to a balcony, where you can enjoy a sun-downer on the decorative teak furniture. Children are welcome at the villa. Please note that the villa can only accommodate guests aged 25 years and over. The urban location of the villa close to the beach is ideal for individual holidaymakers who want to book a holiday home for themselves or with friends while also being able to access shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sand beaches on foot. The property is situated in the centre of the smart Es Pelats neighbourhood, a district of Cala Ratjada. Due to its central location, everything is within easy access, especially the lively Cala Ratjada coastal area with excellent bars and restaurants and a busy nightlife which won’t impair your sense of well-being. The villa is also located just two streets away from a Mediterranean pine forest spanning from the coast cliffs of Cala Gat to the eastern coast of "Punta de Capdepera". The welcoming villa “Paca” is ideal for extensive walks to the sea with fantastic viewpoints providing you with plenty of opportunity to experience the diversity the island’s east coast has to offer.
