Description

Villa deluxe – by day or night. Tall palm trees border the large outdoor staircase that leads from the partially roofed lounge terraces at the house to a place in the sun. Its clear lines and harmonious division give the spacious "Sa Canova" an Italian grandiosity that is most pronounced when lit up. Groups with high expectations will find plenty of space and privacy on the hillside with a view for an enchantingly beautiful holiday. Enjoy a grand view across the Mallorcan countryside to the Tramuntana mountains; relax in a 14,000 m² garden with well-tended lawns, olive trees, and a saltwater infinity pool with Roman entry and raised overflow basin for kids to splash in. There are plenty of chairs and lounges, for a single person or everyone around a table, for private conversations or get-togethers by the grill. If you are looking for the ultimate location for a dream wedding or family party, you should absolutely put this particularly photogenic location on your short list.

The beautiful "Sa Canova" can be divided in half or spread out across the whole area. With a modern, fully equipped kitchen and cosy living and dining area with comfy sofas, fireplace, and TV in each of the right and left sections, plus additional cots, this villa is a master of transformation. The grand entry hall with gallery staircase to the upstairs connects the halves of the house and will quickly become the ideal meeting point. Spread out harmoniously over the ground floor and upper storey, there are four double rooms and three bathrooms on each side, along with a panoramic rooftop terrace. Each upstairs master bedroom is en-suite and air-conditioned. The jacuzzi featured in one of the photos is unfortunately not available for usage. Even with a large group, you will feel right at home in this special property and be able to find a place for yourself. The layout at the end of the photo series will help with orientation when planning your holiday.

Speaking of orientation, a smaller road leads from the villa directly into the smart little village of Ariany, located on the highest hill in the northeast of the Plà plain, the Puig de sa Cobetera. Its approximately 800 inhabitants appreciate the tranquil location and proximity to nature. Seven beautiful mills from the 1920s line the way toward Tramuntana, some of which are open to visitors. Just a few kilometres away, Sineu and Alcúdia provide a glimpse behind the medieval walls, while the holiday stronghold C'an Picafort offers walks on the beach from Platja de Muro to Port d'Alcúdia. Bikers and climbers will also be sure to find what they are looking for in the wild north.
