Welcome 8 guests, this amazing villa with private pool and nice mountain views is located on the outskirts of Sa Pobla.

This precious country house has such a wonderful outdoors that invite for rest. The construction is situated on an elevated platform that allows the views to be cleared to its lovely grassy part, which envelops a private chlorine pool, and towards the fields and mountains. For that reason, the terrace turns into the perfect setting to have a breakfast or eat while you contemplate the landscape. Then, enjoy sunbathing on one of the eight sun beds or on the grass and also of the swings with your children before having a swim in the pool of 8 x 4 m and with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 m. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The house comprises extensive and luminous stays, with high ceilings which provides a special character. The living room has various sofas and armchairs so that you are able to chat all together or watch satellite TV as comfortable as possible. The dining room is open to this stay and to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic stove and an extremely beautiful style. The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms with wardrobe, three of them with two individual beds and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of them also have a direct exit to the outside. Ultimately, there are two more bathrooms with shower that provide service to the entire house.

The villa is located at only 2.5 km of Sa Pobla, fact that permits you to stay close to the town and to the necessary facilities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., at the same time that you have the tranquility of the countryside. Every Sunday, at the center, it takes place the traditional fresh and local fruit and vegetable market and many other artisan products. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcúdia, at around 12.5 km, which is well-known for its extraordinary white sand extension and its crystal-clear waters.
