Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to user overload caused by the service providers and due to the season density.

Special Note About Ciftlikkoy: Ciftlik region is 9 km from Fethiye and 5 km from Calis beach. Ciftlikkoy is a quiet settlement in terms of its geographical structure.
Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 2.000 TL is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
