This charming apartment for 5 persons is located on the second floor of Galant Residence with a beautiful view on the city of Rovinj. Apartment Sea consists of a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a dining area. There's an exit from the living room to a spacious balcony (15m2) where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and city promenade. The apartment has three air conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, one of them having a double bed, and the other a single bed. There's also one separate toilette with a washing machine. There are 6 parking places available on the property. The apartment is located 1 km from the center of Rovinj in a quiet zone, but still very close to the sea and numerous beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Porton Biondi is a beach located only 300 meters from Residence Galant. The base of the beach is concrete and pebbles. Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, beach volleyball course and other sports and recreation facilities. There are bars / restaurants, pedal boats and deck chairs available all along the beach. From the beach you have a breathtaking view of the old town of Rovinj.
