On the ground floor there is a large living room with open plan kitchen and bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and 2 bedroom with 2 single beds each.
There is a washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with TV, sofa bed (1 pax), large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, large private garden of approximately 800 meters and 2 parking lots.
1 pet allowed on request. The extra is 50euros per week to be paid on site.
Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00
What is not included in the price:
- Tourist tax of 10 euros per apartment per week.
- Deposit of 300 euros to pay in cash on arrival
In April the pool will be closed.
It will instead be open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Please note that from September to mid-June, construction activities on the island may take place. As per the island's regulations, we are unable to prevent private property owners from carrying out renovation or construction work on their homes, which may occur near the property you have booked. This may result in potential disturbances during your stay, for which we cannot be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding.
