Description

"Albaimar" is a charming and exceptionally successful combination of rural flair and modern building culture. The white house, built in a classic villa style, is always trying to outshine the sun. The lush colours of this stretch of land in the centre of the island, which is exceptionally fertile, help show the villa from its best side. While the surrounding garden is still growing, the rest of the estate is lined with citrus trees. Especially if you let your gaze wander across the grove from the rooftop terrace, you will be thrilled by the spectacular panorama that reveals itself in the form of the Tramuntana mountains that feel tangibly close. As much as we love the country, you of course shouldn't miss out on a little luxury, and this can be found in the form of the saltwater pool framed by a sunbathing lawn. All generations can have a great time here – from those who like to sunbathe on a comfortable lounger after splashing around, to the younger guests who can play in their own little playhouse and the sandbox. The shaded terraces also have numerous seating areas that are perfectly suitable for eating or winding down a beautiful day.

The interior is blindingly beautiful. This can be witnessed in the living and dining area with an open kitchen, flooded by light thanks to the double windows. Here, cool but elegant greys and whites dominate the palette and confer the traditionally built house with a hint of purism. The furniture is characterised by uncomplicated, modern decorative elements. You will love the high-end kitchen with its integrated bar elements and cooking island – the perfect place to prepare your food together on your consciously chosen self-catering holiday while drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean cuisine. The large-scale, grey floor tiles are also found in the comfortable bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. They are family-friendly and furnished with double beds or two single beds. They also feature a restrained colour scheme of grey and white and are accentuated by pretty accessories. Two exemplary bathrooms with a walk-in shower or bathtub/shower combination complete the features of this family-friendly villa, which is available all year round. Please also note the attractive price we can offer when you rent the house for just two people – in this case, the upper floor remains unused.

The area between historic Sa Pobla and the two-hill village of Llubí is rather tranquil. Llubí is a hidden little gem with its own typical character. With 2,300 inhabitants, you will experience a sense of intimacy and can enjoy the culinary and cultural offerings of this little town. The locally produced delicacies, which you can buy at the weekly markets, reflect the fertile soil, the sun, and the Mediterranean climate. Due to the proximity to the country road, which is only audible when the wind blows in a certain direction, you can easily access the surrounding towns, and even the Bay of Alcúdia is just 20 minutes away. An infinite expanse, olive groves, potato fields, windmills – all of this dominates the agriculturally influenced area. Nature lovers will want to explore the nature reserve S'Albufera. If you're a cyclist, this region with a well-developed road network is just the right thing for you. Wonderful, isn't it?
