The villa has 3 floors: first floor an extremely spacious master bedroom with lounge area, a large en suite and a fireplace. On it’s terrace you can enjoy the outdoor bubble bath with spectacular sea views, sun loungers and a seating area. On the middle floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own direct access to the pool deck. On the same floor there is a spacious and beautifully-designed open plan kitchen, a lounge and dining area. On the lower floor 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and an entrance to a garage. Outside, there is a stylish and substantial-sized (140m2) infinity swimming pool, which is filled with crystal clear fresh water. For small children there is a small safe pool to the side (20m2). There are 10 sunbeds, a large lounge, 2 seating areas, a built-in BBQ, herb garden, lawns to the front and back of the property, parking and other necessary facilities to make this the perfect place to stay.
