Within the living area there is a dining table and 6 chairs and from here you enter the new, modern and pristine kitchen. A real feature is the large American style fridge freezer.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable offering king size beds and fitted wardrobes. There is one large bathroom ,servicing both bedrooms, with double sink unit and power shower.

There are steps from the accommodation down to the very spacious pool area. Here you have plenty of room to stretch out and lie in the sun. The sparkling pool is electrically heated.

Set on higher ground above Los Cristianos, Chayofa enjoys an idyllic location in the South of Tenerife. Its a very exclusive resort, mainly consisting of privately owned villas. There is a separate communal pool for exclusive use by residents of the community and this is located a short walk away.

Within walking distance of the villa are some nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Chayofa Country Club is a short walk away where there is a pool / cafe and a restaurant with nightly entertainment. Los Cristianos is a mere 5 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to your lovely villa in Chayofa.

The villa is set at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. You can park for free right outside the villa.
