In the middle of wonderfully rich green mountain nature, surrounded by a giant garden with orange and palm trees, and with the backdrop of the nearby Tramuntana mountains, lies the multi-storey quarry-stone villa "Es Coster des Port", in a fabulous, secluded location. A particular highlight is the house's 35m² covered terrace space, offering an attractive spot offering privacy, perfect for relaxing or communal dining at any time of day. Later in the day, the fixed grill invites you to enjoy a relaxed and joyful evening of barbecuing. A little further away from the quiet villa lies the private pool with 45 m² of space. The permanently installed waterspout supplies additional refreshment and water movement in the pool. The bordering sun terrace is scattered with numerous comfortable pool loungers. For a bit of shade, chic parasols are available as needed. A holiday in the traditional villa "Es Coster des Port" means relaxation and recreation, fun and games for young and old. Nonetheless, the area surrounding the villa does provide several attractive leisure activities.

In addition to the romantic-rustic main building, the villa's annexe with separate entry also provides accommodation. Mallorcan-style furnishings with antique wooden furniture, 2 fireplaces, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and at the same time a modern touch brought about by a lot of comfort and up-to-date technical equipment create a very pleasant atmosphere. The main building houses 5 double rooms with a spacious living space. The bedrooms are spread across 3 storeys: On the ground floor, a double room with a shower en-suite and an additional guest WC with bathtub can be found. On the first storey, there are 2 further bedrooms (each with twin beds) that share a bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. On the second floor, 2 more equally cosy bedrooms can be found, each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower. The shower bathrooms are mainly designed with walk-in showers, some of which are very elaborate and ultramodern with a pebble design, whilst at the same time being finished with old wooden beams and extraordinary bathroom objects. The aforementioned annexe offers two single bedrooms with a bathroom and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Ideal for accompanying grandparents or another couple. The spacious private areas also offer plenty of space for a larger group, no matter what kind of constellation - everyone will find their private space and options for retreating here.

The cosy villa lies on the old mountain road, which is laid out in a serpentine-like shape. It provides a connection between the attractive town of Sóller and Port de Sóller. Across the mountain road, the beautiful, natural harbour bay and the beach of Port de Sóller are just 1.8 km away and quick to reach. Port de Sóller is the starting point for excursion boats along the northwestern coast of Mallorca, to the bays of Cala de sa Calobra and Cala de Deià, among others. Numerous and varied options for designing your holiday are therefore available here. A ride on the "Red Lightning" is also highly recommended. The historical train connects Sóller with Puerto de Soller as well as the capital of Palma, meaning you don't necessarily need to use your rental car for a trip to the capital. A bit further south of Sóller, you will pass the "Jardins d'Alfabia" near Bunyola. These may be some of the most beautiful gardens of Mallorca, created by a Moorish landscape gardener. With its impressive horticultural design, it is sure to delight more than just garden experts. Those looking for athletic activities will find the finca to be a great starting point for trekking and cycling tours all over the Tramuntana ; the closest golf course ("Golf Son Termens") is also easy to reach.
