This brilliantly maintained and divine villa made of natural stone lies in the attractive north-east part of Mallorca. The house is furnished to a high standard and superbly combines traditional, natural stone construction with modern interior design and outdoor architecture. Surrounded by an abundance of natural trees and a highly diverse, hilly landscape, the property is capped off with spacious, inviting lawns. Natural stone paths and terraces with high-quality furniture add to the picturesque atmosphere presented by this villa. The estate covers an area of 36,000 m² in total and is completely secluded. The property consists of a large main house and a smaller guest house, with both of the buildings featuring wide double doors opening out directly onto the rich, vibrant garden. In the middle of this garden you will find a large pool that is lined with decorative, blue mosaic tiles and, if necessary, can be sectioned off for children's safety. It is also heated in the warmer months using solar energy. The pool offers pleasant refreshment and a depth varying from 1.1 to 1.85 m, accessible via a convenient set of steps. Older children in the group can either dive in here or run riot in the small play area with shovel and sandpit, entirely as they wish. In the majestic courtyard, covered with a shade sail, and many different charming seating options dotted directly around the house, you will find numerous potential favourite spots for lounging and enjoying yourself. It's just a matter of discovering them. Some spectacular views of the surrounding mountains can even also be enjoyed here.

Classic, exposed-beam ceilings, light-coloured walls, and small, square terracotta tiles characterise the ambience inside the building and form the warm aesthetic motif for the stylish, carefully-selected furnishings. In this villa you will soak up an atmosphere that feels unbelievably pleasant, and on an estate of no less than 320 m². In the main house there are three unusually designed double bedrooms (including a children's bedroom), with one having particularly spacious dimensions of approx. 40 m². Perfect for enjoying deeply peaceful nights as well as a pleasant siesta here and there. The enormous games room, accessible via one of the other bedrooms, has two beds and is equipped with all sorts of electronic and non-electronic toys to make sure there is no chance for boredom. It is for this reason as well as due to the house's layout that we recommend this home for groups traveling with one to two families and children. The main house also features two attractive bathrooms that, thanks to particularly striking brass fittings, are incredibly appealing and create an exclusive flair. The additional WC is also a handy feature. In the main house you can also find the living and dining area that, as part of the huge open-plan kitchen, forms an inviting place for sumptuous shared meals inside. The kitchen is designed in typical Spanish style and comes fully-equipped with dishwasher, electric kettle, and Nespresso machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the house. The living area offers an open fireplace, sofa, multiple armchairs, and satellite TV. If desired, you can also keep in contact with friends at home through the wireless Internet. Underfloor heating means that even during the cooler months in Mallorca you can still enjoy pleasant temperatures inside the house. During Mallorca's hot summers, the villa is blissfully cool thanks to the particularly thick natural stone walls. In the separate guest house there is another double bedroom, additional living room, and two bathrooms along with two further beds that are well-suited for children. As a result, you can spread out across this holiday retreat nicely, even if you are coming as a full group, with there being private and quiet spaces for you to enjoy. The entire property has been set up with children's safety in mind: the staircase to get upstairs can be locked off and the slopes on the estate are fenced off.

Close to the villa you will find several very beautiful, natural, sandy beaches, some of which, such as Cala Matzoc, are entirely undisturbed. However, even Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, and other beaches are still peaceful locations and leave a lasting impression with their crystal-clear water and extremely flat descent into it. In just a few minutes' drive you can get to four close by golf courses, and the town Artá is likewise only a few kilometres away. In the latter you can go shopping, visit the weekly markets, or dine at one of the very nice restaurants.
