In a suggestive green countryside surrounded by olive trees, oaks and cypresses, Villa Meraviglia Toscana is a place of relaxation and absolute silence in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Here you will be in direct contact with nature, but not far from the world.
The dwelling has two distinct but very close structures: a larger one, of almost 500 square meters, and an annex, of about 70 square meters. In total it can accommodate up to 14 people offering many services, such as the Spa with sauna, hammam and wellness massage area and many activities, including the possibility of enjoying a pleasant stroll along the external paths. The proximity to extraordinary cities such as Siena, which it's just 40 kilometers away, makes Villa Meraviglia Toscana truly unique.
In the main building, you will find 5 double bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Also on the ground floor, you will be welcomed in a large living room with a large stone fireplace placed in the center of spectacular white wood paneling. This space is dominated by sofas, with large seats, white and gray that create a striking contrasting effect with the exposed wooden beams and the travertine of the floors. The furnishings are luxurious and refined and give a magical and welcoming aspect to the whole house which also has a library and a conference room.
The kitchen is particularly comfortable, with a very spacious island in the center, equipped with a huge dining table capable of accommodating up to 14 guests. Double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle complete every detail with style.
In the annex, where up to 4 people can stay, there is a double bedroom and a sofa bed. The structure is completely independent as it also has a kitchen, dining room and sitting area on the ground floor. Upstairs, reachable by an internal iron staircase, a very livable and bright sleeping area obtained with wisdom and mastery from a former accessory.
In the outdoor spaces, served by stone paths that connect the various situations, there is a comfortable swimming pool, but also areas sheltered by a canopy where you can have lunch and dinner or spend moments in company and conviviality. Also outside, in the green garden illuminated by a series of spotlights that give the sense of a starry sky at night, there is a small soccer field and a volleyball court and playgrounds for children.
