This small villa complex is set in a newly built residential area on a hillside in a quiet neighborhood. Oriented to the east part of the island of Brač, in the small village called Splitska it counts a total of 15 properties. Surrounded with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and lush forest on the edge of the village which makes it the perfect place for your vacation. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach the beach, restaurant, and the town's center.
The port of the town of Supetar is just 6 km away. There you can find better shopping possibilities, a cinema, craft shops, museums and various other leisure activities. Ferries depart from Supetar to the city of Split 14 times per day, which makes it very easy to enjoy a day trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, have dinner and catch a later ferry back to the island.
This fully air-conditioned Villa is located on the upper end of the resort and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A modern sofa set invites you to relax and unwind. The sofa can be extended to a double bed for 2 people. SAT TV and WiFi throughout the house. On the ground floor there is a guest WC and an inner staircase. From the living area several doors open up to the terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy the outside dining area, protected from the sun by a pergola. Next to it is the pool (approx. 8x3m) with loungers.
The Mediterranean herbs & flowers give the place a pleasant aroma especially in the morning. The villas at the resort are all built so that terraces & gardens are arranged in such a way to offer privacy and seclusion. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms en suite with a private bathroom and a shower. Each double room is equipped with queen-size beds and a large wardrobe. Via the inner staircase one reaches the spacious roof terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area. A pergola gives cover from the sun which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine as the sun goes down.
