The two-storey house with its pretty green shutters and an exterior staircase that connects the two floors is impressive not only due to its size, but also because of its truly fantastic outdoor area. You will not only find a sloped pool with sun loungers and parasols tucked away behind your holiday home, but also a guest toilet and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a BBQ, cooker, and a dishwasher. Of course, a large, covered dining table with chairs weren't forgotten. You can therefore nearly completely move your everyday holiday life outside - wonderful!

Of course, your villa also boasts a magnificent interior: the summery lightness radiated by the outdoor area continues on inside. Thanks to the many windows and mostly white walls, the large rooms are nice and bright. The furniture is also very inviting, fresh, and friendly, and the many items of wooden and wicker furniture with comfortable cushions in sand and pastel shades perfectly match the rustic ceiling beams which are partially visible. On the pool level, you will find a pretty living room with a cosy little dining corner as well as a tastefully furnished double bedroom and a modern bathroom. Two additional chic bathrooms and four spacious double bedrooms are available on the upper floor. Here, an open kitchen with an attached living and dining area invites you to cook, feast, and relax extensively.

Surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape typical for southern part of Mallorca and with only a handful of villas scattered throughout the neighbourhood, your holiday home not only offers plenty of privacy, but is also the perfect starting point for long walks through nature. The next largest town is Santanyi – and the drive of just 2.2 km with the rental car is definitely worth it. The pretty little town has remained wonderfully rural and authentic, but it offers all necessary amenities from a large supermarket through to cosy cafes and excellent restaurants. When leisurely you stroll through the winding laneways, you can enjoy the sight of the typical sandstone houses shimmering in the sun. You may also want to have a look at the many art galleries that have settled here. The weekly market takes place every Saturday and is considered to be one of the most beautiful and colourful on the island. You will find a fine sandy beach with turquoise water, surrounded by pine woods and palm trees, only approximately 1.9 km from "Es Recer" in Cala Santanyi.
