Villa S’Agulla is located inside the botanical gardens of Pinya de Rosa, in Blanes and has private access to the cobble stone beach of Cala S’Agulla. This beach is only accessible for other people by boat.
Surrounded by lush green trees and plants, its location is truly exceptional!

To reach the villa, you’ll drive onto the private pathway next to the botanical garden which is a private and dead-end street.
This luxurious villa has been completely renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms and modern Mediterranean style interior and furniture. Its white and bright interior gives it a true summer feeling.

From the villa you cross the garden and reach a private gate to the cobble stone beach of Cala S’Agulla. This small piece of paradise has crystal clear water and a boat entry which was used in the past by local fishermen. This creek can only be accessed by boat so is always very quiet.

You can also walk to the sandy beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina, which are a 15min walk away (see air view picture).
The center of Blanes with its many restaurants, supermarkets, boulevard, harbour, etc. is located at 2km.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the ample living room with sitting area, TV and access to the pool area. Private pool of 8mx4m with sun loungers and terrace with exterior dining table and sun shades.
Enjoy the quietness of this villa surrounded by woods while sunbathing or having dinner on the terrace!
Large fully equipped modern kitchen and separate dining area. Separate washing room with washing machine and dryer. One bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you’ll find the 4 double bedrooms and 3 more bathrooms.
