It is a spacious family house. The large outdoor area offer enough space to relax or enjoy with a family. The chlorine pool measures 8x4m, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 2.10m. There is also an outside shower. You can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or rest under an orange tree, with its unmistakable spring-like smell. In the barbecue next to the pool you can prepare a good toast. There is a porch with a table for 6, where you can spend an unforgettable evenings and breakfasts with your loved ones. For the little ones there is a rocker available. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors next to the house.

The house counts with two living rooms. In the first comfortable living room, you will find two sofas and two armchairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. Sliding doors separate it from a nice dining room with a table for 6. What most draws the attention of the house is the kitchen area: a familiar secondary room will make you feel as if you were at grandma's house with its rocking chairs, the old brazier and the beautiful piano that, although merely decorative, completes the meticulous interior design. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with all necessary utensils, dishwasher, electric oven and hob.

The three bedrooms are accessible from this space. Going down a few steps, you can find two bedrooms: one with double bed and wardrobe and one with two single beds and an outside bar to hang clothes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a toilet for common use. Going up the stairs, and passing through a small office in the attic, we find the third bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. On request, a cot and highchair can be prepared. The house has gasoil central heating. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in a separated laundry room.

The town of Muro is in the north-central part of Mallorca and it is located about 15 minutes drive to the north coast and the beach of Can Picafort; ideal for families with children. There is a great offer of leisure, shops and the market that takes place every Friday. If you prefer a quieter beach, you can visit Playa de Muro, a natural and little urbanized area. The picturesque old town of Alcúdia, the Natural Park of S'Albufera or the Rancho Grande where you can try excursions on horseback are alternatives to the beach. In Muro and Sa Pobla there are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you may need for an independent stay.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
